Versatile and welcoming, the Anavà restaurant is the heart of the gastronomic proposal of the Hotel Je Rome that accompanies customers during every moment of the day.
It starts with breakfast, to be chosen both à la carte and buffet for a continental breakfast, and then moves on to the lunch offering when Anavà becomes an informal bistro with traditional dishes, fresh salads and express courses.
The cuisine offering is also enriched by the bar service which, from centrifuged juices to Iced Coffees, also includes unique cocktails when at sunset a mixology soul comes to life, between great classics and creative twists inspired by the 80s.
Finally, in the evening, Anavà transforms into an elegant gastronomic restaurant where Italian cuisine meets the chef Danilo Mancini’s creative flair. His dishes are born from a reinterpretation of tradition, between authentic flavors, games of consistencies, contrasts and new combinations.
